We do not provide service on major holidays, including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Solar day, Christmas Day and New year's day, to let our employees to spend time with their families.
If your collection day falls on or subsequently one of the holidays listed above, your service will be delayed one solar day for that week. If the major holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday we will not exist delayed as our routes do not run on the weekends.
For example, Memorial Day falls on a Mon; Monday customers are picked upward Tuesday, Tuesday customers on Wed, Wednesday on Th, Thursday on Friday, and Friday on Saturday.
